Elias Aceves is currently an undergraduate at Stanford, hoping to double major in Economics and Mathematics. Poverty, disparity, and development studies have always been at the forefront of his mind. He is interested in addressing such issues, along with incorporating methodologies which are not common in economics.
Lab Members Attend Digital Humanities Summer Institute
Brian Johnsrud and Daniel Bush, both Phd researchers in CESTA's Poetic Media Lab, attended the University of Victoria's Digital Humanities Summer Institute, for a week of "Drupal for Digital Humanists." The course was taught by two leaders in Drupal for Digital Humanities Projects, Quinn Dombrowski (UC Berkeley) and Rafael Alvarado (University of Virginia).
Look out for a couple new projects in the lab being launched soon as a result of this great week!
